Working Solutions CDFI charges a $50 loan application fee to cover the cost of processing and reviewing each application and credit report, regardless of whether or not each loan is approved. Therefore, application fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be offered in specific circumstances, and refund requests may be submitted to lending@workingsolutions.org. If a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
