Required Documents

After submitting our Loan Inquiry Form and completing a full application, you will be asked to upload required documents to support your loan request. Required documents vary by requested loan amount and additional documents may be requested.

Loans to ITIN holders follow the same lending guidelines as all other WS loans, but additional documents may be requested.

    • 3 Months Recent Personal Bank Statements (all pages of all active accounts)

    • Most Recent Paystub

    Business Documents:

    • 3 Months Recent Business Bank Statements (all pages) for Businesses in Operation or POS Sales Records

    • Lease Agreement, if currently engaged in a commercial lease*

    • Formation Document(s)

      • Sole Proprietorship: Fictitious Business Name Statement

      • Partnership: Partnership Agreement & Fictitious Business Name Statement

      • LLC: Articles of Organization & Operating Agreement

      • Corporation: Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws

    • Business Plan & Financial Projections (for start-ups only)

    *Working Solutions does not require a lease agreement at application. In our review, we may request a draft lease agreement or letter of intent (LOI) if you are planning to open a brick-and-mortar.

    • Most Recent Personal Tax Return (all pages)

    • Year to Date Profit & Loss Statement (from January through the end of last month) OR equivalent months of Business Bank Statements

    • Lease Agreement, if currently engaged in a commercial lease*

    • Formation Document(s)

      • Sole Proprietorship: Fictitious Business Name Statement

      • Partnership: Partnership Agreement & Fictitious Business Name Statement

      • LLC: Articles of Organization & Operating Agreement

      • Corporation: Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws

    • Business Plan & Financial Projections (for start-ups only)
